When you can get your money back, and how to ask.
Entry fees are not refundable once your entry is confirmed, except in the cases below.
If we cancel the event, you may choose a full refund of your entry fee or a transfer to the rescheduled event.
If you were charged twice or the wrong amount by mistake, we will refund the difference.
You may transfer your entry to another person up to [7] days before the event by emailing [contact email] with their name and email address. They will need to sign the waiver.
Donations are not refundable. If you donated by mistake or were charged the wrong amount, please email [contact email] within [7] days with the details.
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method through PayFast, usually within [10] business days. [Confirm whether payment processing fees are deducted from refunds.]
Email [contact email] with your name, the email address you registered with, and the reason for your request.
